Eritrea refuses food aid

The drought gripping the Horn of Africa means nearly 20 million people are going to need emergency food aid, according to the United Nations.

However, Eritrea is refusing food aid and restricting humanitarian access inside its borders.

Pascale Harter met up with Eritreans who had crossed the border into an Ethiopian refugee camp.
